-
Identify duplicate requests, overlapping developments, and similar business needs across countries and functions, and drive reuse where possible.
-
Serve as the main point of contact between the countries in the EMEA region and the Corporate IT team for Microsoft Power Apps, including architects and project managers.
-
Support local countries and regional functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, and others in shaping and implementing business applications.

Work with external implementation partners when regional capacity is limited, while ensuring alignment with internal standards and target architecture.
-
Define and establish the standards, workflows, governance model, and operating processes for Microsoft Power Apps in the region.
-
Help shape a regional key user concept, with trusted local contacts who can guide business needs and support alignment with Microsoft technology.
-
Ensure every new initiative is designed with regional scalability and rollout potential in mind from day one.
-
Guide the transfer of applications from design and implementation into stable operations and support.
-
Contribute to demand management, prioritization, lifecycle planning, and continuous improvement for regional business applications.
-
Promote a collaborative and business-oriented way of working that balances local innovation with regional value.

-
Strong understanding of how to move applications from project mode into stable day-to-day support and operations.
-
Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in a simple and practical way.
-
