A Day in the Life

In the People Development & Learning (PD&L) area, you will:
- Organize and coordinate local training sessions and initiatives.
- Record training evaluations in the system, analyze results, and propose improvement actions.
- Support employees with the use of our intranet and learning platforms, offering creative ideas to increase engagement.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Extract statistics, perform data analysis, and provide insights to the team.
- Support the team in planning and executing end-to-end learning events.

We Are Looking For Someone Who...
- Can sign an internship agreement with a Spanish university for a full-time (35 hrs/week), 6-month contract starting in September.
- Has a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Speaks English and Spanish fluently.
- Is enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn and grow.
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Is creative, innovative, and able to manage projects effectively.
