We're looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team in Spain in a remote working mode (once a month, office presence can be required). In this role, you will combine deep Salesforce expertise with leadership responsibilities, driving solution design, guiding development teams, and ensuring delivery of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards and best practices. You will also collaborate closely with stakeholders, shape platform strategy, and contribute to pre-sales activities for business growth.
This position offers the opportunity to lead technical direction, mentor high-performing teams, and contribute to complex multi-cloud Salesforce implementations in a global environment.
Responsibilities

Contribute to end-to-end Salesforce solution design and implementation
- Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and business process analysis
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solution architectures
- Define integration approaches, data and security models, and governance standards
- Provide technical guidance and ensure delivery aligned with Salesforce best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product owners on solutions and roadmaps
- Review technical designs and code quality for compliance and maintainability
- Drive adoption of declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities
- Support integrations with external systems and enterprise platforms
- Mentor Salesforce consultants and developers, promoting continuous learning and delivery excellence
Requirements

7+ years of experience in CRM industry across full lifecycle implementations
- Extensive technical and architectural experience with Salesforce platform
- Expertise with key Salesforce Clouds:
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (mandatory)
- Proficiency in core Salesforce technologies:
- Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow automation
- Security and Sharing Model, Salesforce Data Model
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and APIs (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft)
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Knowledge of data migration strategies and system integrations
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with proven stakeholder management experience
Nice to have

Experience with additional clouds such as Health Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics/Tableau, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Revenue Cloud or Industry Clouds
- Technical involvement in pre-sales cycles and solution estimation
- Exposure to multi-CRM ecosystems or emerging technologies like agentic AI and LLMs
