Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for International Content Enablement platforms across planning, authoring, MLR, DAM, distribution, integrations, reporting and analytics.

Lead technology product management for key Content Enablement capabilities, including Aprimo, Anthill Activator, Wrike, ScreenDragon/TactPlan, integrations, UAM, reporting and related MarTech capabilities.

Translate business needs, customer journeys and market requirements into clear product priorities, epics, features and delivery outcomes.

Partner with business product owners, solution architects, delivery leads, service managers, engineers, vendors and enterprise functions to deliver scalable and compliant technology solutions.

Drive roadmap governance, prioritization, quarterly planning and value tracking to ensure product investments are aligned to strategic outcomes and business impact.

Provide leadership across complex delivery landscapes, managing dependencies, risks, issues, escalations and decisions across multiple parallel initiatives.

Drive adoption, change enablement and country deployment activities in partnership with international business, regional and market stakeholders.

Lead vendor engagement, technology evaluation, contract input and product capability assessments to support strategic platform decisions.

Promote agile, product-led and DevOps ways of working, ensuring transparency, continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead the DDIT Budget, resourcing, and demand management activities. Provide clear executive-level updates, insights, decision papers and recommendations to senior leadership.
Essential Requirement:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, Digital Product Management or a related discipline.

Extensive experience in technology product management, digital product delivery, platform ownership or technology leadership within a complex enterprise environment.

Strong understanding of end-to-end content lifecycle capabilities, including content planning, content creation, MLR review and approval, DAM, authoring, distribution, taxonomy, integrations and analytics.

Experience with MarTech, SAAS and Content Enablement platforms such as Aprimo, Veeva Vault/PromoMats, Anthill Activator, Wrike, ScreenDragon/TactPlan or equivalent enterprise content platforms. Proven ability to define product strategy, manage product roadmaps, prioritize demand and translate business outcomes into technology capabilities.

Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior business, technology, architecture, compliance and vendor stakeholders across geographies.

Experience managing complex delivery portfolios, dependencies, risks and governance across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models. Experience in managing large budgets and the UBM demand management process.

Experience working in regulated environments with strong awareness of security, privacy, quality, compliance and audit expectations.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and executive storytelling skills. Ability to work effectively with distributed global teams and support international, multi-market deployments.
Desirable Requirement:
-
Experience with Aprimo, Veeva, Activator, Wrike, ScreenDragon/TactPlan, taxonomy management, MLR workflows, DAM configurations or content planning processes.

Product management, agile, SAFe, ITIL, cloud, architecture or relevant platform certifications. Experience leading adoption, change management and capability scaling across international markets.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 65,200.00 - 121,000.00 EUR
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
