Your Key Responsibilities:

Anticipate and monitor raw material supply risks
- Quantify the potential impact of raw material shortages on customers

Lead crisis task forces and mitigation plans

Drive allocation and business continuity decisions

Help with the execution and follow-up of the inventory allocations

Assess supply impact and prioritize demand

Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders globally

Define and execute mitigation strategies

Improve processes and crisis visibility

You bring:

At least 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning, ideally with exposure to raw material risk or crisis management
-
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, inventory and allocation)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven decision-making mindset
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align global and regional stakeholders
- Proven capability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority

Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with the ability to prioritize effectively

Ability to anticipate risks and translate complex supply situations into clear business impact
- Proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge and enhance existing processes
