About the Job
As part of the Allianz in Germany data ecosystem OneDIA, more than 200 data products need to be migrated from the legacy technology stack toward Snowflake and AWS.
What you do
- Create data models for all elements to be modelled (tables, datamarts, etc.).
- Implement the entire ETL processes as part of the architecture and processes specified by the OneDIA ecosystem.
- Define and implement the necessary landing zone and data store for ingesting the raw data.
- Carry out the staging using data lake architecture and processes.
- Set up the raw data vault for the OE and across the board as well as the business data vault for OE and across the board.
- Create customer-specific data warehouses and data marts within the scope of the Consumption Layer using data from different sources.
- Create the necessary pipelines for the creation and orchestration of the entire ETL process. Connect the Data Catalog to check the input data and verify the results of the processing procedures.
What you bring
- At least 3 years of experience on the following: Snowflake, DBT (incl. GitHub), Agile teams and agile delivery, AWS-based components for data (e.g. Glue), IaaS and container.
- Team player, solution-oriented, open-minded and strong communication skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- ETL environment and tools: Snowflake, DBT, AWS components for data processing.
- Orchestration: AWS step functions, UC4.
- Data Catalog and Quality: IDMC.
- Machine learning knowledge is a strong advantage.
