Description and Requirements

This is a partner-facing position, a seller who grows revenue through and with the channel. Build trusted partner relationships, drive co-sell, and navigate the partner ecosystem to expand Lenovo’s share.

Key responsibilities:

Build and sustain trusted relationships across the assigned partner/ end-user community.
Drive co-sell and joint go-to-market motions that expand Lenovo’s reach and differentiation.
Develop joint business and growth plans with partners; track and grow partner-sourced revenue.
Articulate product business value and ROI/ monetisation to partner stakeholders.
Navigate the channel network and routes to market; resolve channel conflict fairly and quickly.
Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy across the partner portfolio.

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of technology sales, ideally with channel / partner experience.
Strong business acumen; able to read partner economics and leading indicators.
Proven relationship-building across partner and end-customer stakeholders.
Willingness to travel to partner / customer / industry events.
Fluent English required; local-market language required per country.
