Mission:
As Offer Quality Leader, you work closely with the teams responsible for new product introductions, manufacturing plants, and the Customer experience team. You are responsible for developing Squad accountability and responsible for Excellence of Customer Experience, Quality, Reliability and Safety activities. You manage the Issue to Prevention (I2P) actions prioritized by the Squad. You have the authority to decide on manufacturing stop or derogation proposals. You are responsible for complex products, new offers and/or systems and services, predominantly in Europe environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Leadership

Act as a reference for Excellence of Customer Experience, and Quality activities.

Manage the Issue to Prevention actions prioritized by the League.

Bring manufacturing stop or derogation proposals.
-
Influence and mobilize cross-functional, multicultural teams.
-
Support continuous improvement of quality methods, standards, and practices.
Offer Quality
-
Manage the complete squad’s backlog of Quality actions for existing offers to improve the Customer Experience.

Support the Product Owner, consolidate, monitor the overall Customer Experience & Offer Quality performance, managing different KPIs (NSS/NPS, FFR, OSA, CMI, BRE, NQC).

Participate in the different execution steps of projects and as the ultimate person in charge of customer satisfaction.

Ensure application of reference processes in the squad (Quality fundamentals, DfSR, APQP).

Ensures effectiveness of quality improvement and drives follow-up with factories.

Set-up the products surveillance plan and make sure of timely execution (regulatory).

Drive prioritization of the Issue to Prevention actions at squad level (I2P process) and decide on stop of delivery and derogation.

Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronics.
Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience within projects and quality fields.
-
Experience in Quality methods.
-
Experience in electromechanical system power management, electronics, is highly preferred.

Experience working in an agile product development environment.
Technical Skills
-
Problem-solving methodologies (Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Whys).
-
xFMEA.
-
Design optimization with DOE.
-
PPAP, capability studies, Gage R&R.
-
Process audits (VDA 6.3 preferred).
-
Knowledge of industrial processes such as assembly, molding, stamping, or machining.

Basic metrology and standards knowledge (ISO 8015 is a plus).

Statistical and reliability tools (Minitab, Reliasoft, JASP).

Software: Minitab, JASP.
Certifications (preferred)

Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
