Job Purpose
Impulsar la excelencia comercial de la organización mediante la optimización de procesos, el análisis de datos y la mejora de la efectividad de ventas y marketing, asegurando un enfoque data-driven que maximice el rendimiento y crecimiento del negocio.
Key Responsibilities
1. Estrategia y planificación comercial
Definir e implementar la estrategia de Commercial Excellence alineada con los objetivos de negocio
Traducir la estrategia en planes operativos junto con Dirección
Establecer y monitorizar KPIs clave
2. Sales Force Effectiveness
Optimizar territorios, segmentación y targeting
Impulsar la productividad y eficiencia del equipo comercial
Analizar el rendimiento y activar palancas de mejora
3. Data analytics & insights
Analizar datos de ventas, mercado y actividad (CRM, BI)
Crear dashboards e informes accionables
Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y riesgos
4. Gestión de herramientas y CRM
Liderar la implementación y evolución de herramientas comerciales
Asegurar adopción, calidad de datos y mejora continua de procesos
5. Incentivos y performance
Diseñar y gestionar planes de incentivos alineados con la estrategia
Evaluar su impacto y optimizar resultados
6. Customer engagement & omnicanalidad
Definir estrategias de segmentación y engagement de clientes
Impulsar modelos omnicanal y experiencia de cliente
7. Transformación y mejora continua
Liderar proyectos estratégicos de transformación comercial
Promover una cultura data-driven
Coordinar iniciativas cross-funcionales (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT)
Required Education
Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Salud, ADE, Ingeniería o similar
Valorable MBA o formación en negocio
Required Skills and Experience
Al menos 5 de experiencia previa en industria farmacéutica en el área de:
Commercial Excellence / SFE
Sales Operations / Business Analytics
Technical Competencies
CRM
