Job Description

Drive Brand Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and implementation of branding strategies for assigned food brand, ensuring strong positioning, clear USPs, and cohesive visual identity.

Own End-to-End Brand Projects: Take full ownership of product launches, re-positioning, and strategic projects (from planning to execution) ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact.

Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, legal, etc.) and external partners (agencies) to align brand initiatives with business objectives.

Analyze Performance & Optimize Growth: Monitor key KPIs (e.g., sales growth, volume, customer acquisition, conversion) and use insights to develop actionable plans for brand and business growth.

Support Assortment & Pricing Decisions: Collaborate on defining product assortments and pricing strategies that align with overall brand goals and market needs.

Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Maintain and analyze reports, drawing actionable insights to guide brand decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications

University degree in economics preferably with a focus on business administration / marketing

Relevant professional experience in brand/ product management in FMCG, retail or pet food (3-5 years)

Experience in the cooperation and management of external agencies

Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate vision into actionable plans

Profound analytical skills combined with a passion for numbers and large data volumes

Very good command of written and spoken English, further foreign language skills are an advantage

Expert knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
