What You'll Do
You will support and assist the HR Team in the following activities:
Recruitment Support:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for BCG’s Business Services Teams, including Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Operations.

Coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, feedback collection and onboarding logistics.

Conduct first round interviews
General HR Administration:

Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Monitor and track employee vacation policies and management of vacation tracking tool.

Collaborate on the execution of internal HR initiatives and engagement projects.

Assist in the preparation of internal communications and employee updates.
Career Development Support:

Provide administrative and logistical support during the Career Development process.

Help coordinate performance review cycles and ensure timelines are met.

Maintain and update relevant documentation and tools.
