ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not a typical reservations role.
This is where sales meets operations.
If you're looking for a purely administrative role, this isn't it. Here, your impact is measurable — in conversion, revenue and client relationships.
You will:
- Manage high-value group business.
- Drive conversion and revenue performance.
- Work across international markets and multiple channels.
- Be part of a centralised, high-performance CRO (Central Reservations Office).
NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB
- Manage group reservations across direct, OTA and wholesale channels.
- Proactively convert enquiries into confirmed business.
- Build, negotiate and optimise group quotes, including upselling opportunities.
- Take full ownership of billing, deposits and payment processes.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency across systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Sales and Operations to maximise results.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.

YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE
- Fluent English (additional languages are a strong plus).
- Solid experience in hotel reservations (groups preferred) and customer service.
- Experience with PMS systems (MEWS is a plus).
- Familiar with OTAs, wholesale platforms and booking channels.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

WORK SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday.
- No weekends (some bank holidays)
