Role Summary:
The Inside Sales – EMEA will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships across the European region. This role will focus on both supporting existing accounts and developing new business opportunities within the H&W portfolio. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring that the H&W business continues to deliver exceptional value and service while advancing strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Contribute and support business development activities in the region to deliver revenue and gross margin

Alignment, coordination, and support activities with the broader ADM H&W sales organization in EMEA.

Work together with the customer to provide a superior and customized service

Align with logistics and CS in order to track and coordinate efficiently orders and requests

Provide efficiently technical, quality and regulatory documentation support to customers in coordination with ADM’s transversal teams in EMEA.

Support go-to-market activities in the region and coordinate the approach and messaging with ADM’s H&W team

Coordination of leads coming internally through websites. CRM management

Support and attend fairs and trade shows
Qualification, Experience and Technical Capability:

Prefer candidates who have a BS in biochemistry/microbiology//food science or similar degree in human life sciences.

Must have a minimum of 2 years successful experience in business development/sales/sales support or product management preferably in the functional ingredients space

Previous experience related to Biotics valuable

CRM & Salesforce friendly preferred

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across matrix organization and team player

Fluent in English and preferable Spanish
