About the job
We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial VIE to join the Global Healthcare Professional (HCP) team supporting two of Opella's priority global brands: Dulcolax and Mucosolvan/Bisolvon .
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of consumer healthcare, healthcare professional engagement, digital marketing, shopper activation, and evidence-based communications.
The VIE will support the development and execution of global HCP strategies aimed at increasing pharmacist and healthcare professional recommendation, advocacy, and engagement. Working closely with global brand teams, medical affairs, regional teams, and external agencies, the candidate will contribute to initiatives covering pharmacist education, omnichannel campaigns, innovation launches, content development, capability building, and performance measurement.
This role offers broad international exposure and the opportunity to collaborate with markets across Europe, Asia, Latin America and Middle East.
HCP Campaign Coordination
- Support the rollout of global HCP campaigns across markets.
- Track market implementation and collect feedback.
- Coordinate timelines, approvals and deliverables with agencies and internal stakeholders.
Maintain campaign trackers and project plans.

Content & Toolkit Development
- Support the development of HCP materials and toolkits.
- Coordinate content updates and local adaptation requests.
- Manage asset libraries and ensure materials are easily accessible to markets.
Assist in creating presentations, newsletters and communication materials.

Insights & Competitive Monitoring
- Monitor competitor activities and HCP engagement trends.
- Consolidate pharmacist, shopper and market insights.
Support preparation of business reviews and strategic presentations.

Community & Capability Building
- Organize HCP community calls and workshops.
- Coordinate meeting preparation, agendas and follow-up actions.
- Support sharing of best practices across markets.
Manage communication with participating countries.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Support the consolidation of campaign KPIs across markets.
- Assist in preparing dashboards, reports and presentations.
- Collect and consolidate learnings and success stories from local activations.
About you
Experience :
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related field.
- 4-5 years experience in OTC marketing, consumer health, pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Curiosity and passion for healthcare professional engagement and customer-centric marketing.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and international environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and omnichannel engagement is a plus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Additional languages are a plus.
