Your Responsibilities
- Consult with clients regarding residential property investment opportunities
- Assess client goals and recommend suitable real estate investment options
- Conduct market research and analyze local property trends
- Prepare investment proposals and property presentations
- Coordinate property viewings and communicate with buyers and sellers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners
- Monitor market conditions to identify new investment opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Maintain accurate client records and investment documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the purchasing journey
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, property investment, sales, or financial advisory
- Strong understanding of residential real estate markets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market data and present investment recommendations
- Strong negotiation and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is considered an asset
