- Previous experience in Housekeeping, Laundry, Hospitality, Hotel Operations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and transport linen, supplies, and equipment safely.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to support colleagues when needed.
- Ability to follow operational procedures, safety guidelines, and department standards.
- Basic Spanish is required; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays according to business needs.
- Eligibility to work in Spain/EU.
