This role manages a portfolio of hotel partners to enhance product competitiveness, availability, and overall commercial performance. Working within a collaborative commercial team, the role drives supplier engagement, optimises contracting conditions, and uses data insights to prioritise actions and maximise revenue opportunities.
Renegotiate contracting conditions to optimise rates, availability, offers, and system accuracy
Manage hotel supplier portfolio to improve product competitiveness and performance
Use data and dashboards to prioritise actions and drive commercial outcomes
Secure additional availability and offers directly from suppliers and ensure system loading
Maintain proactive, day-to-day engagement with hotel partners
Collaborate closely with Contracting Manager, sharing insights, strategies, and priorities
Drive efficient ways of working across commercial processes
Experience in contracting, commercial, or supplier management (hospitality/travel preferred)
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance insights
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities effectively
Proactive, results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
