The Hapimag Paguera Resort is located directly on the beach. The resort features 239 apartments, a restaurant, a beach restaurant, a cocktail bar, a supermarket, tennis courts, as well as outdoor and indoor swimming pools.
Our resort is seeking an open-minded and service-oriented individual to join our Facility Management department as a Housekeeping Manager .
What you can expect
Supervising and monitoring departmental tasks
Supporting department heads with their assigned duties
Assisting with the organization and cleaning of outdoor, common and storage areas
Inspecting apartment cleaning and conducting required quality controls
Cleaning apartments
Taking responsibility for the organization and distribution of linen/laundry
Ensuring the responsible handling of cleaning detergents and chemicals
Adhering to and implementing workplace hygiene regulations
Taking responsibility for quality management and ensuring compliance with departmental standards
What you bring along
Experien ce as a Housekeeping Supervisor
Work experience as a Room Attendant / Housekeeping Attendant
An independent, customer-oriented, and thorough way of working
Team player qualities
Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
