Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the preparation of detailed pre-construction engineering and architectural works on all infrastructure projects for the upgrading, construction, and rehabilitation of transmission and substation assets and facilities within the region. This role also complements the Project Management Section during project implementation to ensure seamless alignment from design to execution.

Planning & Detailed Architectural Design: Conduct site inspections, gather field data, and formulate compliant design methodologies to prepare precise plans, structural drawings, cost estimates, and technical specifications for infrastructure projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Evaluation: Partner with internal engineering teams and external entities to harmonize project designs, evaluate manufacturer specifications, and provide technical evaluations of bid proposals.
- Project Management Support: Complement the project implementation stage by conducting kick-off meetings with contractors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with approved drawings, timelines, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Architecture and a Licensed Architect
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in architectural planning, design, or infrastructure project documentation
- Proficiency in design and rendering tools including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop
- Solid foundation in Material Take-Off and Cost Estimation
- With working knowledge of Design and Construction Standards and related regulatory codes
- Sharp focus on accuracy, structural technicality, and creative problem-solving in design work
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal teams, external contractors, and government agencies
- Good oral and written communication skills necessary for reporting, conducting stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional alignment
