Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Product Manager to join our Digital organization based in Getafe, Spain. You will be part of the team responsible for the Physical Design solutions for Space, primarily focused on 3DExperience for Space Systems (3DX Space). This role offers a unique opportunity to work with an international team dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions.
- Performance and Test Leader (80%) : Accountable for the performance monitoring and functional verification of the 3DX Space platforms.
- Service Delivery Manager in Spain (20%) : Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of our services in Spain.
- Maintain and develop the test and monitoring toolset (Eggplant, Loadrunner, Grafana).
- Deliver performance and stability KPIs on a regular basis.
- Lead reporting on performance and test, including the monthly Performance Board with key stakeholders.
- Lead performance troubleshooting and improvement initiatives.
- Lead test campaigns involving all sites.
- Maintain up-to-date Non Regression Test scenarios and Performance Test scenarios.
- Interface with editors on performance-related issues/topics.
- Supervise subcontracted service delivery operated from Toulouse.
- Provide technical support to end-users in Spain (Mechanical Designers and Manufacturing Engineers).
- Operate the 3DExperience components deployed in Spain (component and patch installation, incident/problem/change management, configuration and event management).
- Manage local business relationships.
- Collaborate with other Digital teams in Spain.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Advanced level of English.
- Proven autonomy and strong teamwork skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Ability to abstract problems and issues in an analytical way.
- Knowledge in PLM/CAD Tools Suite deployment and support (like 3DExperience, CATIA V5).
- System administration (Windows) - appreciated.
- Technical knowledge of 3DExperience deployment - appreciated.
- Technical knowledge in DevOps technologies (e.g., Ansible) - appreciated.
- Knowledge in SAFe and ITIL Methodology - appreciated.
- Previous experience in a similar role - appreciated.
The successful candidate will be subject to Spain Security Clearance in order to undertake related work in accordance with business needs.
