What we expect
- Support on PR/PO process creation
- Budget support
- Documentation update
- Data extraction from Procurement ERP system and ticketing tools
- Reports and Audit requirement for a Procurement tool
Who we are looking for
- University degree on Information Technology or Business Administration and Management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs like Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel. Sharepoint, Teams and PowerBI would be valuable.
- AI expertise and interest valuable.
- Fluent English skills written and spoken.
- Ambition to work in an international and multicultural environment.
- Possibility to sign off a collaboration agreement with the university.
