We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join our Product Management team within the Building Automation division of HMS Networks. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Product Engineers and Technical Support Engineers, ensuring technical excellence across our product portfolio while enabling the successful development, deployment, and support of innovative Intesis solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with deep technical expertise in Building Automation technologies and protocols. You are passionate about developing people, solving complex technical challenges, and driving excellence in both product engineering and customer support within a dynamic, international environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Engineers and Technical Support Engineers, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Define team priorities and objectives in alignment with the Building Automation business strategy and product roadmap.
- Maintain expert knowledge of technologies, existing products, and competitors within the business area and market segments defined by the company's strategy.
- Oversee new product development projects, ensuring successful execution.
- Review and approve product technical specifications, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with customer needs.
- Monitor support performance metrics, identify trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team and strategic partners through technical trainings.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve processes and tools to gain operation efficiency.
- Represent the Building Automation division in cross-functional and global HMS technical coordination forums.
- Collaborate with external organizations, industry associations, and technology partners when required.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Extensive expertise in the Building Automation sector, including a deep understanding of industry standards and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a structured and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Previous experience in Building Automation and IoT companies.
