Position: Product Specialist (Chinese speaker)

About the Role:
On behalf of our client, a fast-growing multinational iGaming company, we are seeking a dynamic Product Specialist (Package Network Business Direction) to join the office in Yerevan, Armenia. The ideal candidate should be a Chinese speaker with experience in the iGaming industry. The company will provide full relocation support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily configuration of package network products, including backend configurations for activities, games, payments, announcements, sites, etc.
- Complete new package network replication tasks according to standard procedures, ensuring all configurations remain consistent with templates.
- Conduct product feature acceptance and launch testing, promptly identify and report issues, and follow up on development fixes until launch.
- Liaise with operations, technical, customer service, and other departments to collect business requirements, organize them, and track the development progress of product requirements.
- Assist in maintaining product configuration documents, business processes, and operational specifications to ensure unified configuration standards across all platforms.
- Follow up on the launch of new features and activities, confirming that configurations and both front-end and back-end functions operate properly.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in product operations or product configuration in the internet, gaming platform, or gambling industry (iGaming) is preferred.
- Familiarity with backend configuration processes, with strong execution skills and attention to detail.
- Clear logical thinking, with the ability to understand business requirements and accurately execute product configurations.
- Proficient in office software such as Excel and Word, with basic data organization skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate efficiently with operations, technical, customer service, and other departments.
- Conscientious and responsible at work, with strong execution ability and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in product operations data analysis, with the ability to organize, analyze, and review data on activities, users, recharges, retention, etc., and propose optimization recommendations based on data, is preferred.
- Experience in data cleaning, data statistics, and report generation, with familiarity in Excel functions, pivot tables, Power Query, and similar tools, is preferred.
- Fluent in Chinese
- Willingness to relocate to Yerevan, Armenia.
