We are looking for you as our new Legal Intern to support us on our growth journey. We offer a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal field in an international environment. As a Legal Intern no two days are the same. You will e.g., assist with legal research, drafting documents, and supporting various legal projects to ensure compliance and best practise within the legal field.
As a Legal Intern your responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
- Conducting various legal research and analysis.
- Assist with GDPR matters, especially in Spain.
- Driving and maintaining our Contract Management System.
- Providing legal and administrative support to various departments such as our HR and Quality Department.
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing agreements under the guidance and supervision of our General Counsel.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
We offer this position in Barcelona, Spain.
To succeed as our new Legal Intern, you have a positive and a proactive mindset. You are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills thriving in a fast paced and ambitious environment.
On top of this, you have the following competences:
- You must be able to enter into an internship agreement via your university.
- You are currently studying, or you are close to finalising your bachelor’s or Master degree in law, preferably related to Labour Law, Commercial Law or Contract law.
- Knowledge of Spanish Law and European Law.
- Knowledge and an interest in contract law and GDPR.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and in English, both written an oral.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multinational organisation.
- It will be a plus if you have experience with contract management.
