Olympic Broadcasting Services (OBS) was created by the International Olympic Committee in 2001 in order to serve as the Host Broadcast organisation for all Olympic Games, Olympic Winter Games and Youth Olympic Games.
About the role
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to support sourcing, supplier management and procurement operations across the organisation. This role will play a key part in ensuring procurement activities are commercially sound, compliant, efficient and aligned with business requirements across both operational and Games-time environments. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial judgement with a proactive, strategic approach, anticipating needs, identifying risks early and driving effective procurement solutions.
The Procurement Specialist will manage end-to-end sourcing activities, drive competitive bidding events, evaluate supplier proposals, support negotiations and develop strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
Participate in supplier proposals evaluation across cost, quality, service, technical capability and delivery requirements.

Skills, Requirements & Qualifications
Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience within telecommunications, technology, logistics, travel and accommodation, marketing, media or professional services procurement categories in an international environment.
Strategic thinking and proactiveness, with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving improvements independently.
