We are looking for the best FINANCE CONSULTANT in BARCELONA. A great opportunity to join an ambitious multinational project with the worldwide leading Company in the luxury residential sector.

Educational background

Diploma or degree.
- LCCI qualification. Real Estate Credit Intermediary, (ICI), Real Estate Credit Expert, (ECI) or Real Estate Credit Advisor, (ACI).
- Preferably with the 15 hrs annual update training required in 2023 by LCCI.
- To be able to serve our international clients. English level C1 or similar. Other languages are desirable.
- Computer user level, (Excel, Power Point).
- Used to work with CRM, (SalesForce, Force Manager…).
Professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in banking branches network, mortgage broker or Real Estate Credit Intermediary.
- Used to manage mortgage operations, (client pre-qualification, pre-analysis of risks and documentation, simulations, etc).
Duties/responsibilities.
- Offer a tailor-made financial solution that best suits the exclusive project and needs of our clients, developing a high added value service.
- Intermediating with the different collaborating banks for the best mortgage solution, providing accurate feedback to all parties involved in the process.
- Personalized customer management throughout the customer journey from the first contact the notary's office.
- Build and maintain a close, collaborative and trusting commercial relationship with other business units of the Company.
- Responsible for monitoring the operation and quality of service in the customer-bank relationship at all stages of the funnel.
- Proactive recommendation management.
