What are we expecting from you?
Provide consistently constrained MPS plans, which are optimized, feasible and realistic, while ensuring the required service level and Inventory objectives are met.
To manage the Intermarket Supply network of the assigned area by replenishing each dispatch point to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover that also takes into account the distribution costs
Ensures availability of packaging materials to fulfill the requirements of the production plans within the agreed cost boundaries.
Prepare reports and KPIS for the DSP Scope
What you’ll do:

Create a feasible 18th month production plan taking into consideration the available capacity, the shifts and the available materials so that it best balances expected stock covers and availabilities of finished and semi-finished goods. Scope 2 factories.

Develop the 18th month demand plan in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing areas.

Challenge manufacturing on regular basis to manage lot sizes and cycle times, to drive optimum FG inventory level.

Analyze and evaluate the Intermarket supply plan and the net despatch requirements to satisfy customer needs, preparing Dispatch plan accordingly from Italy and France.

Create an optimised replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over an 18 months horizon that ensures supply of material to production whilst ensuring that the working capital targets for raw and packaging materials are met.

At least 3 years of experience in Demand and Supply planning

High English level

Engineering or economics degree

Good communication skills
