The Team
The EMEA Talent Acquisition team partners with business leaders across the region to attract and hire exceptional talent across a diverse range of service lines and functions. Operating in a responsive, international environment, where accuracy, collaboration and candidate experience are central to how we work.
As part of the Early Careers Recruitment team, you will support end-to-end hiring activities, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates across multiple Business Units. How you will contribute
Based in Madrid, you will lead the delivery of intern hiring across Spain, with occasional support for recruitment activity in Portugal and Italy. Working closely with hiring managers, universities and candidates, you will drive candidate attraction, campus engagement, assessment centres and selection processes, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while helping the business attract and hire top early careers talent.
You will:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for intern and graduate programmes, from role briefing and attraction through to screening, interviews, offers and onboarding, maintaining high levels of organisation and attention to detail.

Source and engage students and recent graduates through universities, career services, job boards, social media, referrals and other talent attraction channels, building strong relationships to develop talent pipelines.

Screen and assess candidates against agreed competencies and programme requirements, communicating effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.

Coordinate interviews, assessment centres and recruitment events, delivering an outstanding candidate experience and ensuring all stakeholders are well informed and supported.

Develop collaborative relationships with universities, candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support hiring and talent attraction initiatives.

Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and pipeline updates within Jobvite and other internal systems, while adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
Qualifications

Previous recruitment experience, ideally gained within an in-house Talent Acquisition team, recruitment agency or early careers recruitment environment.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence a wide range of audiences.

Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.

A candidate-focused approach, with a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.

Strong collaboration skills and experience working effectively within a team and across different functions.

Experience using applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting.
