The Role
We are looking for a Railway Inspector with 3–5 years of experience in rolling stock projects to support inspection, testing, commissioning, vehicle acceptance, and warranty management activities.
In this role, you will work closely with manufacturers, operators, and project teams to ensure railway vehicles are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and applicable railway standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct inspections during the manufacturing, assembly, integration, and commissioning phases of railway vehicles.

Witness and verify static, dynamic, functional, and performance tests.

Support commissioning, acceptance, and entry-into-service activities.

Review inspection records, test reports, technical documentation, and non-conformity reports.

Verify compliance with project specifications, quality plans, industry standards, and contractual obligations.

Monitor and track defects, punch-list items, and corrective actions through to closure.

Support vehicle handover and acceptance processes.

Coordinate warranty-related activities between manufacturers, operators, and maintenance organizations.

Monitor warranty KPIs, investigate technical issues, and facilitate timely resolution of outstanding actions.

Prepare clear, accurate, and professional technical reports.

Participate in technical meetings, presenting findings, recommendations, and progress updates.
