We recently opened the French market, with a strategy built on an in-depth study with HR leaders. Now we accelerate, and that's where you come in.
You'll be the second person fully dedicated to France, working hand in hand with our French Market Manager as their right hand.
From the front row, you'll see how a go-to-market gets built: strategy, partnerships, channels. You'll test, learn and iterate every week, and few first jobs offer this kind of learning curve.
Build and close pipeline
Run multichannel outbound prospecting on French targets: cold call, LinkedIn and email.
Qualify the leads coming in from all our channels.
Own the full sales cycle on our smaller accounts: discovery, demo and closing, with clean pipeline data in Hubspot.
Go-to-Market projects
Localization: adapt our content, sales materials and marketing assets to the French market.
Partnerships: identify, contact and help qualify potential partners and relevant events.
Strategic projects: competitive analysis, testing new channels, market research.
AI-powered initiatives
Use AI every day in your work: prospecting, content, analysis. For us, it's a way of working, not a bonus.
Bring your own ideas: propose, test and measure new approaches, and own them.
Technical skills
A first hands-on sales experience, from 1 year (SDR, BDR, Account Manager, etc...)
Fluent French, plus a strong level of English or Spanish (one is mandatory).
Knowledge of the modern sales stack: Hubspot, sequencing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc...
Soft skills
Strong communication and active listening skills, with a high level of empathy.
An entrepreneurial mindset: curious, creative, autonomous, and able to propose before being asked.
And you'll truly shine if you:
Have worked in a startup, sold SaaS or digital products, or know the HR Tech sector.
Make a real, concrete use of AI in the way you work.
Speak other languages. Sesame is an international company, with teams and clients in Germany, Portugal, Brazil, Italy and beyond.
Have already built something on your own: a side project, an association, an AI tool or workflow... Whatever the result, it shows the drive we're looking for.
