Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Owning and evolving Nextlane’s Customer Interaction products, including Communication Center, AI Receptionist, and future AI-powered engagement capabilities.
Defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for customer communication experiences across voice, messaging, and workflow automation.
Designing and improving core interaction capabilities such as routing, conversation orchestration, automation workflows, and AI-assisted customer journeys.
Driving the adoption of AI-powered experiences, including conversational interfaces, voice automation, copilots, and intelligent assistants.
Leading product discovery with dealerships, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with Engineering, AI, UX, Data, and Platform teams to deliver scalable, reliable, cloud-native solutions.
Ensuring seamless integration with internal systems, external platforms, APIs, and partner ecosystems.
Defining success metrics and measuring product performance through adoption, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and commercial impact.
Supporting go-to-market initiatives, customer pilots, product positioning, and commercial enablement activities.
