Job mission
We are looking for an Applied Data & AI Scientist to help accelerate AI transformation initiatives across Synthon by developing practical data-driven and AI-powered solutions that create and deliver measurable business value.
The role combines strong data science and machine learning expertise with modern AI and Generative AI capabilities to develop practical and scalable AI solutions that address real business challenges.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, AI engineers, data engineers, and IT teams to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and support the deployment of scalable AI applications across the organization. This is a highly hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world business problems using modern AI technologies in a collaborative and fast-evolving environment.
Responsibilities:

Assess opportunities for AI and data-driven solutions across business domains
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI and data-driven solutions can create business value
- Develop and prototype machine learning and Generative AI use cases that address real business challenges across the organization
- Design, build, implement and evaluate AI solutions ranging from predictive analytics and machine learning models to modern AI applications such as knowledge assistants and intelligent automation solutions
- Work with both structured and unstructured data sources to generate insights and support decision-making
- Support the deployment and adoption of AI solutions in collaboration with AI engineers, data engineers, and IT teams
- Contribute to AI best practices, reusable solution patterns, and responsible AI initiatives
- Stay informed about developments in AI, machine learning, and data science, and assess their potential application within Synthon
