Dwelly — a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform, that is growing through a roll-up strategy acquiring estate agencies. The company leverages two arms: i) acquiring existing letting agencies, effectively buying its highly sticky, recurring revenue-type landlords portfolios, and then ii) building a top-notch technology to automate tenant management, payments, and post-rental property maintenance. The company seamlessly integrates AI services to automate all business processes within brick-and-mortar real estate agencies, integrating them into a tech-enabled digital letting platform in two months to radically improve the user experiences and increase efficiency of the business.

You'll sit in the Payments team and own the complex operational support work that keeps collections, payouts, refunds, and balances correct, reliable and scalable.
- Support finance team with technical, and product queries and ad-hoc tasks
- Investigate and help to resolve payment related issues (reconciliation issues, vendor payout errors etc)
- Convert repeat incidents into SOPs and checklists
- Analyse processes and instigate changes to help Dwelly scale the operations
- Help shape internal tooling and dashboards
- Strong analytical instincts: ability to investigate, prioritize, and identify the root cause of issues.
- High attention to detail with real consequences (money, audit trail, customer impact).
- Experience in technical support role
- Understanding of accounting principles
- SQL
- Excellent written communication: concise updates, crisp escalation, clean incident summaries.
- Solid spreadsheet skills (filters, pivots, lookups, reconciliation workflows); you can work with messy exports.
- Experience in financial / accounting systems and operations
- Experience in implementation consulting, technical support, or solutions engineering, preferably in API technologies
- Familiarity with UK payments realities (bank files, auditability expectations, HMRC-adjacent questions).
