As a Configuration Management Engineer at DHV Technology, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, traceability, and compliance of our space products throughout their entire life cycle. Acting as a cross functional point of contact between engineering, production, quality, project management, and customers, you will oversee configuration control, change management, and technical documentation, ensuring that product baselines remain consistent and fully aligned with customer requirements and ECSS standards.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:

Configuration Management: Maintain product configuration baselines throughout the entire product life cycle, ensuring integrity, traceability, and consistency.

Change Control: Coordinate and support the configuration change process, including impact assessments, implementation follow up, and baseline updates.

Customer Requirements: Ensure customer requirements are properly captured, communicated, implemented, and verified across all project phases.

Technical Documentation: Manage, review, and maintain configuration and technical documentation, ensuring alignment between the as designed, as built, and as maintained product.

Cross Functional Coordination: Act as the interface between Engineering, Production, Quality, Project Management, and customers to ensure effective configuration control.

Product Lifecycle Support: Monitor product configuration from manufacturing and testing through final delivery, ensuring compliance with approved baselines.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to customer requirements, ECSS standards, and internal configuration management processes.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of configuration management processes, documentation practices, and change control methodologies.
Education and Requirements:
To be considered for this position, the following qualifications are required:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Industrial, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Additional training in Configuration Management, Quality Assurance, ECSS standards, or related disciplines is highly valued.

3 to 5 years of professional experience in complex engineering environments, preferably within the aerospace, defense, or automotive industries.

Proven experience in Configuration Management, Change Control, Technical Documentation Management, or Quality Compliance.

Fluent level of English, both written and spoken.
Technical Competencies
Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge in the following areas:

Configuration Management: Solid understanding of configuration management processes, product breakdown structures, change control, and technical documentation.

PLM & Configuration Tools: Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configuration Management (CM) tools such as Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia, or similar platforms.

Technical Documentation: Ability to interpret engineering documentation, customer requirements, specifications, and applicable standards.

Product Lifecycle: Knowledge of manufacturing, integration, testing, and certification processes within complex engineering environments.
