With offices in Canada, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom, we are continuously expanding, along with our team. Currently, we are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Jr. Project Manager to join our team.
This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior executives, a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrange and manage travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Draft, revise, and format documents, presentations, and reports for executive use.
- Act as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Support budget preparation, monitor expenses, and assist with financial reporting.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Manage and respond to emails, calls, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Organise team meetings, events, and workshops.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as an Jr. Project Manager or similar role.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector (desirable).
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
