You are someone who:

- Has a strong understanding of Santa Pola, Gran Alacant and the surrounding areas, or is willing to quickly become an expert.
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Is looking for a long-term career with genuine opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Essential Requirement
You must be a native speaker of at least one of the following languages:
- English
- German
- French
- Dutch
- Danish
- Swedish
- Norwegian
Spanish is an advantage but is not a requirement.
Additional language skills will be highly valued.
Your Responsibilities
- Listing and acquiring new properties.
- Developing relationships with buyers and sellers.
- Valuing residential properties.
- Organising and conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating successful sales.
- Guiding clients throughout the entire buying and selling process.
- Building long-term relationships with international clients.
- Monitoring local market trends and competitor activity.
- Achieving ambitious sales targets.
