We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused HR Operations Graduate to join our EMEA HR Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain practical experience across HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, benefits, and HR systems within a dynamic international environment.
Working closely with experienced HR professionals, the successful candidate will support employees, managers, and HR stakeholders across EMEA while developing a strong foundation in HR Operations. The role will also provide exposure to process improvement initiatives and HR technology solutions.
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, HR Operations EMEA and works closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits providers, and other internal teams.

Support employee and manager enquiries through our HR case management system (ServiceNow), helping ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Assist with employee lifecycle activities, including HR administration, employee documentation, and data updates.
- Support the administration of employee benefit programmes, including enrolments, changes, and coordination with external vendors.
- Assist employees and managers with HR processes and Workday transactions, including benefits, leave administration, payroll-related enquiries, and maintenance of employee records.
- Help maintain accurate and confidential employee information within HR systems, particularly Workday.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll teams, and other stakeholders to support employee-related activities.
- Contribute to the maintenance and update of HR content, policies, and guidance documents on internal SharePoint platforms.
- Participate in HR Operations projects, training activities, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support efforts to simplify and improve HR processes through automation and digital solutions.
- Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide administrative support to the wider HR Operations team and assist with team activities as required.
- Learn and develop expertise in HR Operations processes, policies, and systems.
Skills & Experience
- Strong interest in Human Resources and employee experience.
- Basic understanding of HR processes gained through academic studies, internships, or project work.
- Interest in HR technology, digital tools, data management, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday is considered an advantage but not required.
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude) and curiosity about how technology can improve ways of working is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and willingness to support employees and managers.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
- Strong team-player with a collaborative approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or currently completing final year studies) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Previous internship, university placement, or administrative experience is beneficial but not required.
- Professional working proficiency in English is required.
- Additional European languages, particularly German or French, are considered a strong advantage.
