Customer Success & Support Agent (m/f/d) – Multilingual – 100% Remote (Barcelona & Surroundings)
At Veneera™, we revolutionize cosmetic dental enhancement, giving people worldwide a new, confident smile without the need for a dentist visit. To support our expanding international markets, we are looking for enthusiastic, language-talented reinforcements for our support team living in the Barcelona area.
Your Responsibilities
- Ticket Handling: Answer written customer inquiries quickly, accurately, and solution-oriented.
- Daily Targets: You operate efficiently to meet structured daily performance quotas and response targets.
- Video Impression Support: Guide customers step-by-step through video calls to ensure they make the perfect dental impression.
- Phone Consultation & Hotline: Act as the friendly voice on the phone, advising leads and helping customers with product questions.
- Customer Journey: Accompany customers from their first inquiry to the final product, ensuring a great service experience.
Language Requirements
We are looking for candidates who speak English fluently (mandatory for everyone) combined with at least one or more of our target markets.
- The Mandatory Base: English (fluent/business level) is an absolute MUST-HAVE for every applicant.
- Your Market Language: You must speak at least one (or more) of the following languages at a native/bilingual level: German, French, or Dutch.
- A Massive Plus: Additional language skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese will give your application a significant advantage.

- Location: Currently living in Barcelona or the surrounding area (for occasional local team events).
What We Offer

- Salary & Benefits Career Path:
- 1st Year: €22,800 gross/year (after the initial 3 months, plus €360 Private Health Insurance allowance & €990 Ticket Restaurant vouchers)
- 2nd Year: €26,400 gross/year (plus €480 Private Health Insurance allowance & €1,320 Ticket Restaurant vouchers)
