About this role
The Moodle Mobile Solutions team is looking for a full-time (40 hours a week) English and Spanish speaking 'Junior Project Coordinator' to coordinate the execution of standardised projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and achieving high customer satisfaction.
What your new job can look like…
At Moodle, no two days will ever be the same, but most days in this role usually involve a mix of:
- Managing the scheduling and maintaining a constant pipeline of app updates, ensuring alignment with major Moodle App releases.
- Enforcing asset submission deadlines, ensuring custom branding or configuration changes are gathered at least two weeks before planned updates.
- Planning pipeline capacity around annual non-publishing blackout periods (winter, Easter, and summer).
- Coordination with the BMA level 3 product support team.
- Project monitoring, tracking, and reporting to the Delivery and Portfolio Manager.
We’d love to hear from you, especially if you can talk to us about your:
- Project Management tools and techniques.
- Ability to communicate both in English and Spanish conversational
- Enthusiasm and approachable personality with the ability to build and maintain quality relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- University Degree or technical studies module (Grado de Módulo Superior)
- General technology knowledge (Android, ios, smartphones) as a power user
- Ability to prioritise and work with multiple small projects simultaneously
- Positive, intuitive and clear communication (both written and verbal) with the ability to earn trust and credibility, with a strong eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in remote and distributed team environments, maintaining a high level of motivation, and accountability.
- Strong team player who contributes actively to the overall team goals and projects while also being able to work independently and take initiative that would improve processes and outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage their own workload to meet tight deadlines with competing priorities.
- Proactive and solutions-focused attitude, a willingness to ‘speak up’ and share their ideas with the team in a positive and constructive way.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if you have (desirable but not essential):
- Worked with project management tools and techniques such as Basecamp
- Moodle knowledge (administrator, teacher or user basic)

Location
- Barcelona or surrounding areas preferred (working most of the time remotely), other locations are acceptable as long as they are in the same timezone
