Description
Lead and develop the Iberian organization by providing clear direction, structure, and inspiration to the team.
Ability to lead and grow local teams.
Drive business growth by overseeing sales activities and closing strategic transactions.
Sign and approve commercial agreements and key deals.
Manage and develop channel partners, particularly during the initial phases of growth.
Execute and deploy the business plan, contributing market insights and adaptations as needed.
Ensure the strategy is well adopted by the team and effectively translated into measurable results.
Leverage existing business foundations and further develop the commercial base.
Build a strong local management presence and act as the primary representative of the company in Iberia.
Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team across sales, operations, and support functions.
Services delivered across the Iberian territory, with a hybrid model combining internal teams and partners.
Who Are We Looking For (M/F/D)?
Proven experience in senior leadership or country management roles.
Strong background in IT services, maintenance, support, or lifecycle services.
Experience working in B2B environments; experience in industrial sectors is also valued (e.g., IT services, maintenance, defense, aerospace, networks, distribution, or specialized OEM maintenance).
Track record of closing deals, signing transactions, and managing commercial targets.
Demonstrated ability to lead, structure, and grow teams.
Comfortable working with partners and channel-driven models.
Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability.
High level of organization, resilience, and adaptability.
Growth-oriented mindset, with experience scaling teams and business activities.
Previous experience in people management and development is mandatory.
