Role overview
Owns Kraymer Art's influencer and creator program end to end, from sourcing creators through briefing, content, usage rights, and reporting. Turns a warm anime audience into a repeatable content and demand channel. Partnerships sequence behind product launches, so launch timing drives who we work with and what they make. Works closely with the founder and marketing to move strong creator content into organic, paid, and long-term brand relationships.
What you'll do

Own the influencer and creator program end to end, sourcing through content delivery and reporting.

Source and qualify anime, gaming, fashion, and lifestyle creators by brand fit, audience, engagement, and content quality.

Negotiate partnerships, rates, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights. Keep every agreement clear and in writing.

Brief creators against each product launch so content lands on schedule and on message.

Run gifting and seeding programs and manage ongoing creator relationships without letting them slip.

Review creator content for brand fit and quality before it goes live. Hold the standard.

Turn strong creator content into paid opportunities, including whitelisting and partnership ads on Meta and TikTok.

Build and maintain the creator database, outreach templates, briefs, and performance reporting.

Build an ongoing ambassador roster of repeat partners, including referrals from creators we already trust.
Must-haves
-
Proven influencer or creator marketing experience, with a program you personally ran for an ecommerce brand.

Hands-on experience negotiating deals and managing deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.

Experience turning creator content into paid ads through whitelisting or partnership ads, such as Meta partnership ads or TikTok Spark Ads.

Comfortable with an influencer CRM, outreach, or campaign tracking tool such as GRIN, Social Snowball, or a comparable platform.

Shopify experience.

Genuine anime knowledge and familiarity with fandom communities.

Written and spoken English at C2 level. This is a hard requirement.
Nice to have

Experience with tracked links and discount codes for measuring creator performance.

A network of anime, gaming, or collector creators you can activate quickly.

Comfort reading performance data and adjusting who you work with based on results.

Fully remote, open to applicants in any country.

40 hours per week, flexible hours, choose your own schedule.

Pay is US$6 to US$15 per hour based on experience. If your rate expectation is above this range, this is not the role for you. Please do not apply.
