About the role
The pharmacy channel is undergoing a transformation. Over the coming months, we will redefine our commercial proposal both in direct pharmacy, as well as in wholesalers and e-commerce.
We will create a truly omnichannel strategy that will provide us with significant growth in the future. Therefore, in addition to the responsibility of Account Manager (achieving sales, distribution, promotion, and profitability objectives), your mission will be to actively contribute to the development of the new commercial model. You will need to identify the KBDs of the wholesale channel, explore the new sell-out tools they offer us, and work on a specific proposal harmonized with the rest of the sales channels.
Key responsibilities
High impact capacity on other functions (ComEx, Marketing, Expert, Supply) to mobilize organizational resources.
Definition of the commercial strategy by client, managing different brands and categories.
Focus on increasing the sell-out of our brands.
Maximize the relationship with the key stakeholders of our clients, as they have multiple departments that can provide significant value.
Annual negotiation of commercial templates, seeking trade-offs that ensure the achievement of the company's objectives.
Create bonds with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into solutions that benefit both parties.
Activate and supervise the business plan of each assigned account.
Efficient management of the budget for promotions and visibility at the point of sale, analyzing the return generated by each action.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Direct report to the commercial director.
Qualifications and skills Essential
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
Experience equal to or greater than 5 years in pharmacy sales or mass consumption.
Clear leadership attitude and proactivity to develop the new strategy.
High capacity for analysis, overcoming barriers, and seeking solutions.
Teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Planning and organizational skills.
