As part of Minor Hotels, the region of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is responsible for more than 350 properties in 30 countries and plans to grow across all segments, with a focus on its upper-upscale and luxury brands.
The Sustainable Business Trainee will support the implementation of the ESG and sustainability strategy across Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, contributing to reporting, data analysis, and coordination of key transversal projects.
Join our Sustainable Business team and contribute to shaping a more responsible hospitality model, supporting ESG strategy, reporting and impactful initiatives across multiple countries.
- As part of Sustainable Business Department coordinate SB transversal key projects: Sustainable Business Strategy implementation, SB inventories and reporting tools, SB KPIs modelling and monitoring, ESG information requests.

Communicating Sustainable Business Plan and key projects progress with Minor’s sustainable team.

Annual Report: material and texts writing. Texts, KPIs and figures, images, and layout supervision.

Coordinating Minor Hotels Europe & Americas global sustainability reporting and assurance processes.

Internal Control over sustainability information.

Communications and social media support to SB projects.
EXPERIENCE
Experience at CSR/Sustainability departments will be appreciated.
QUALIFICATIONS

Academic in environmental management, ESG or related fields will be valued.
