Responsible for managing media activities for a Global client, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and optimization of media strategies. The role operates with an integrated vision, collaborating closely with Marketing teams, Creative Agencies, Insights & Analytics, and partners such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon.
The position is part of the Client Service team (alongside other managers and planners) and includes one direct report.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to integrate effectively into an established team. A proactive attitude and strong motivation to work and continuously learn are highly valued.
Manage the day-to-day relationship with marketing stakeholders of the assigned accounts.
Interpret business objectives and design comprehensive media strategies (offline and digital), driving full-funnel campaign performance.
Coordinate internal teams (strategy, planning, buying, digital, data, creative, finance) to ensure accurate execution.
Oversee the development and monitoring of media plans, aligned with KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
Monitor and optimize live campaigns to ensure achievement of expected results.
Deliver strategic presentations and campaign performance reports to clients.
Identify media innovation opportunities applicable to the account.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging platforms.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in a media or advertising agency.
Technical knowledge: Strategic media planning (offline and online).
Proficiency in tools such as Galileo, Tom Micro, Kantar, Infoadex, and Iope.
Advanced English proficiency, as this is a Global account.
