Recruiter (Portuguese & English) – Jávea, Costa Blanca
PeopleHub International Mobility S.L is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our international team in Jávea (Costa Blanca), Spain.

Your responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates across Spain and Portugal for employment opportunities in the Netherlands.
- Screen CVs and conduct phone and video interviews.
- Guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Manage candidate administration and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an outstanding recruitment experience.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and improve recruitment strategies.
What we're looking for
Essential requirements:
- Fluent Portuguese and English (both are mandatory).
- Good command of Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, positive, and results-driven attitude.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or HR.
- Experience working in an international environment.
