Your Mission:
As our Bulgarian Speaking Customer Service Representative/Webmaster, you'll be the friendly face (or voice) our customers rely on. You’ll manage sales processes, provide outstanding support, and even flex your creative muscles by collaborating with our marketing team on email campaigns and translations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Smoothly running the daily sales process in your territory like a well-oiled gift machine.
- Delivering top-notch customer support to keep our clients coming back for more.
- Responding to emails, calls, and online chats with lightning speed and a smile.
- Translating product information into Bulgarian and entering it into our system with precision.
- Crafting and sending email newsletters, updating website banners, and showcasing new products as per marketing plans.
- Working closely with a talented team of Export Webmasters and Account Managers.
- Assisting the marketing team with exciting ad-hoc tasks (because teamwork makes the dream work!).
- Sharing valuable insights on customer behavior and sales trends to help us grow smarter.

Information about the selection process
The work cannot be performed in the form of remote or home-office. This is work for 8+ hours a day directly in our offices, possibly only with an occasional home-office.
