Mission
The purpose of this position is responsible to sell commercial products on demand by our customers at the airport, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems and provide general information regarding commercial products and transactions as well as operational policies and procedures
You will be, also, providing assistance H24/365 to our handling provider to solve and manage different situations, such as:
Answer incoming calls and emails (if apply) from handling provider who need help to manage bookings, resolve incidents with reservations (RESI, FRAUD), etc
Tasks & responsibilities
- Accountable for Assist customers at the airports
- Assist and managing commercial requirements such as adding products on demand by our customers at the airport.
- Solve doubts related to specific bookings, for example residents or fraud, etc.
- Respond inquiries, complaints, troubleshoot that may affect our customers at the airport.
- Provide information regarding commercial products and system transactions as well as Ground Operations policies and procedures.
- Control all procedures are implemented according to Vueling standards.
- Give support to any internal department that requires support.
- Complete call notes, reports and updating them in the system.
