We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. In this role, you will support the Marketing organization by delivering actionable insights, monitoring campaign performance, and developing data-driven recommendations that improve business decisions. You will own marketing dashboards, define key performance metrics, and partner with stakeholders to optimize acquisition, engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.

2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably within a SaaS environment.

Experience supporting marketing analytics initiatives.
Technical Skills

Advanced SQL proficiency.

Strong knowledge of data visualization and reporting best practices.

Experience with Looker or similar BI platforms.
Soft Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.

Serve as the primary analytics partner for the Marketing team.

Analyze marketing performance across paid search, paid social, email, organic, and other acquisition channels.

Provide insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Reporting & Dashboard Development

Build, maintain, and improve marketing dashboards.

Develop scalable reporting solutions that provide accurate and timely business insights.

Ensure data quality and reporting consistency.
KPI Monitoring & Performance Analysis

Define, monitor, and report on key marketing KPIs, including CAC, LTV, and ROAS.

Identify trends, opportunities, and risks using quantitative analysis.

Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Data Management

Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.

Support the continuous improvement of marketing data models and analytics frameworks.

Maintain reliable and accurate reporting pipelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration
