We are looking for a GTM Analytics Engineer to own the modelling and data foundations that power Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and GTM Finance. This is an analytics-engineering role focused on data modelling, quality and governance, not dashboarding.
International SaaS company, global leader in relationship-intelligence technology for private-capital firms (VC, Growth, PE). The company is scaling its new Barcelona tech hub and expanding its Data organisation.
Responsibilities
- Build clean, reliable GTM data models on Salesforce objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns).
- Apply dimensional modelling and manage SCD Type 1/2 logic.
- Validate datasets delivered by Data Infrastructure (dbt pipelines).
- Ensure data quality, governance and consistent business metric definitions across the GTM organisation.
- Act as the bridge between GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance) and data engineering.
- Partner with analysts and stakeholders to deliver curated datasets, communicate data limitations, and support ad hoc data requests.
- Maintain documentation: lineage, schema definitions and operational procedures for GTM data models.
- Strong experience in Analytics Engineering or Data Modelling.
- Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Redshift).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce GTM data: Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns.
- Experience with dimensional modelling and SCD Type 1/2.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Fivetran) and collaboration with dbt-style pipelines.
- Strong focus on data quality, governance, reliability and maintainability.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to partner with Sales, Marketing and RevOps teams.
