Responsible for team management and guidance: manage the spare parts department team, allocate work reasonably, organize training, enhance team business capabilities, and ensure efficient completion of various tasks;
KPI monitoring and process optimization of all spare parts activities in Iberia market: monitoring various KPI indicators within the department, inventory leveles, orders, suppliers activities…, warning potential risks, analyzing and improving processes, identify trends, deviations and enhancing order delivery efficiency;
Inventory and logistic management, counting and performance management: establish and improve inventory management system, and plan spare parts inventory levels reasonably according to business needs; Organize monthly and year-end inventory checks to ensure accurate inventory data, promptly handle abnormal situations such as inventory surplus and deficit, optimize inventory structure, and reduce inventory costs;
Quality and cost control: control the quality of spare parts orders purchased by the branch, review the rationality of materials, reduce the risk of procurement errors, and control logistics costs;
Handling customer feedback and maintaining relationships: collecting customer feedback, organizing specialized training, promoting problem-solving, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining good cooperative relationships;
Analyze, define, develop and implement pricing strategies according to market competitiveness
Regular reporting about orders, OTD, invoicing, inventory, sales, pricing.
Completing other tasks assigned by the leader or Aftersales Manager.
